Mandy Kwok is the Managing Partner of the International Assignment Services (IAS) Asia business. She is one of the founding members of our Asia Pacific regionalized IAS practice. In her regional role, she manages the IAS practices in 7 Asian territories with a diversity of cultures, ethics and local market trends. In addition to set future strategic growth direction for our IAS business, Mandy also focuses on building strong relationship with our clients and local government officials in the Asia Pacific region.
Mandy was previously the leader of the IAS practice in China/Hong Kong. She has been with PricewaterhouseCoopers Hong Kong since 1989 after having worked in London and Sydney. Mandy has extensive experience in providing international tax and human resources advisory services to multinational companies on cross-border transfer of their global workforce as well as local employee of companies with operations in Hong Kong and China. With over 25 years of experience, Mandy is extremely familiar with advising our clients on management of HR policies and human capital issues related to corporate transformation. She also has deep knowledge in conducting tax audits and provides advice for application of tax rulings.
