Job description and responsibilities
- Performing a leading managerial role in overseeing operational and administrative functions of the IAS practice in Taipei office;
- Developing marketing strategies with an aim to grow the IAS practice;
- Designing training courses for the development of IAS professionals;
- Driving and implementing Risk & Quality procedures to be in line with Eastern Cluster's policy;
- Servicing a portfolio of clients with internationally deployed staff from/to Taiwan by providing individual tax consulting and compliance services; and
- Developing opportunities for consultation services and presenting at internal / external seminars.
Requirements:
- A recognized university degree with a minimum of 8 years of working experience in individual taxation;
- Strong in project management and leadership skills;
- Strong in critical thinking and analytical skills; and
- Excellent in communication skills in English and Chinese, both in writing and speaking.
